Animate4Me ("we") turns your prompt or image into 2D animation files. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google account data when you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not get your password.
- Content you upload: images and text prompts or edit requests.
- Files we generate for you: animation files, previews and archives.
- Usage data: token balance and history, job history, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and token balance.
- To process your images and requests and deliver the results to you.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Service providers
- Google — sign-in (Google Identity Services).
- UpCloud — server hosting in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
- Anthropic — processes the text of an edit request and data about your animation when you use the paid edit feature.
- Image-generation and GPU providers — only when you generate a character from a prompt.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it is active. Uploaded images and generated files are kept so you can download them again; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing. Write to asodevx@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Google may set cookies when you use the Google sign-in button.
