By using Animate4Me you agree to these terms.
The service
Animate4Me creates 2D animation files in the Spine 2D format from a prompt or an image you provide. Results made with templates are produced by a fixed, tested process. Custom edits and custom prompts are best-effort and their result is not guaranteed.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
You may upload only images you own or have the right to use. You must not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others. You keep your rights to your images.
Generated files
The animation files generated for you are yours to use, including commercially. Spine is a trademark of Esoteric Software; using a Spine Runtime in your own product requires your own Spine license from Esoteric Software. Animate4Me is not affiliated with Esoteric Software.
Tokens
Generations and edits are paid with tokens. New accounts receive free tokens. If a generation fails on our side, or an edit cannot be applied, the tokens are returned automatically. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, and do not use it to break the law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
